2. Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates provided are free and based on the information given at the time of consultation.

  • Final pricing may vary based on on-site measurements, unforeseen conditions, or changes in project scope.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Scheduling & Timelines

  • Project start and completion dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen delays.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to stay within the agreed timeline and will communicate promptly regarding any changes.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Payment terms will be clearly stated in the project agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and free of obstructions.

  • Pets and valuables should be secured before work begins.

  • Any pre-existing issues (e.g., plumbing leaks, structural damage) should be disclosed prior to starting the project.

6. Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

  • We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract.

  • Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the customer where applicable.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made without proper notice may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling and administrative costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Master Floor Installation LLC is not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or issues unrelated to our workmanship.
