At Master Floor Installation LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality service and craftsmanship. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team.

1. Materials Procured on Behalf of Customers

Materials purchased on your behalf are often selected to match your project’s exact specifications and may include special-order items. Please note:

  • Items that cannot be returned to the supplier or vendor for full credit are the responsibility of the customer.

  • This includes custom or specialty items that cannot be reused for future projects due to their specific nature (e.g., cut tiles, custom cabinetry, specific finishes).

  • Any restocking fees imposed by vendors will be passed on to the customer if applicable.

2. Refunds and Project Cancellations

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in the following situations:

  • Severe, unforeseen delays due to natural disasters or storm damage affecting project feasibility.

  • Medical or family emergencies that prevent the customer from moving forward with the project.

If a customer chooses to cancel a project after it has started:

  • A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of project completion and the materials already purchased.

  • Labor, material handling, and other incurred expenses may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Once work has begun, please understand that we have committed time, labor, and resources, which will be factored into any potential refund.

3. Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable under most circumstances:

  • Deposits required to schedule and secure your project timeline

  • Materials that have already been ordered, cut, or installed

  • Labor completed up to the point of cancellation

  • Custom design work or consultations already rendered

4. Customer Responsibility

By agreeing to proceed with a project, customers acknowledge:

  • Responsibility for approved material selections and all associated costs

  • That Master Floor Installation LLC reserves the right to determine the refundable amount based on incurred expenses and project progress
